Weird information available indicated that the landlord of the Banking and Finance graduate had invited vigilantes to the hostel to secure the place for the celebration of HND graduates. A course mate of the late student said she was an easy-going person and had looked forward to call up for the one year compulsory National Youths Service Corps, NYSC with great expectations. “She had always said she can’t wait to don the NYSC Khaki uniform,” her course mate who resides in Port Harcourt said.
